Quick and easy salisbury steak

1canCondensed crm of mushroom soup; divided
½cupDry breadcrumbs
1Egg; beaten
½cupFinely chopped onion
1tablespoonOil
cupSliced mushrooms; (I have used canned in a pinch)
¼cupMilk

Directions

Here is the salisbury recipe I us. My husband refuses any other! Got it from a "Ground Meat Recipes" little paperback cook-book I saw at the grocery store check-out several years ago. Tasty.

In bowl combine beef, ¼ cup mushroom soup, bread crumbs, egg and onion.
