Ingredients

| 1 | cup | White cabbage, shredded |
| 1 | cup | Cucumber, grated |
| 1 | each | Red bell pepper, sliced in circles |
| 1 | each | Mango, peeled, stoned, slice |
| 5 | eaches | Scallions, chopped |
| 1 | each | Avocado, peeled & sliced |
| 1 | each | Garlic clove, crushed |
| Juice of 2 lemons | ||
| 5 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | each | Handful watercress |
| Salt & pepper | ||
Directions
First, arrange the cabbage, cucumber, bell pepper, mango & scallions in a salad bowl. Now put in half the avocado slices. Then blend the garlic with the lime or lemon juice, olive oil & salt & pepper. Pour half the dressing over the vegetables & mango & toss.
Now arrabge the watercress & remaining avocado slices on top & drizzle the rest of the dressing over before serving.
