Creole rice salad

1 | cup | Crisp fried bacon, crumbled |
½ | cup | Chopped sour pickles |
2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
½ | cup | Chopped celery |
12 | cups | Chopped onions |
½ | cup | Chopped shallots |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and chill before serving. Will serve 10 to 12.
