Creole rice salad

| ½ | cup | Chopped sour pickles |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| ½ | cup | Chopped celery |
| 12 | cups | Chopped onions |
| ½ | cup | Chopped shallots |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and chill before serving. Will serve 10 to 12.
