Salad dressing (#11)

1 cup

Quantity Ingredient
cup Olive oil
cup Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Vinegar of your choice
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Water
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon (to 1/2 tsp) Salt
¼ teaspoon Sugar
x Freshly ground black pepper
x Fresh parsley or chives,
. chopped (optional)

1. In a small covered jar, shake all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

2. Let stand at least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.
