Salad dressing (#11)

Ingredients

cupVegetable oil
3tablespoonsVinegar of your choice
2tablespoonsMayonnaise
1tablespoonWater
2teaspoonsDijon mustard
¼teaspoon(to 1/2 tsp) Salt
¼teaspoonSugar
xFreshly ground black pepper
xFresh parsley or chives,
. chopped (optional)

Directions

1. In a small covered jar, shake all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

2. Let stand at least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.
