Salad dressing (#11)

⅓ | cup | Vegetable oil |
3 | tablespoons | Vinegar of your choice |
2 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Water |
2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard |
¼ | teaspoon | (to 1/2 tsp) Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Sugar |
x | Freshly ground black pepper | |
x | Fresh parsley or chives, | |
. chopped (optional) |
1. In a small covered jar, shake all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
2. Let stand at least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.
