Salad dressing (#11)

Ingredients

| 2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | (to 1/2 tsp) Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| x | Freshly ground black pepper | |
| x | Fresh parsley or chives, | |

Directions
1. In a small covered jar, shake all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
2. Let stand at least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop.
