Yield: 100 Crackers
Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Wheat flour (hard) |
1 cup | Rye flour |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
2 teaspoons | (or 3) caraway seeds ground |
\N \N | With the rye flour or |
\N \N | Separately in a seed grinder |
\N \N | (or coffee mill) |
1 cup | Less 1 tb. water |
¼ cup | Melted butter |
Combine the wheat flour, rye flour, salt and caraway seeds in a medium bowl. Emulsify the water and melted butter. Combine liquid and dry ingredients with a fork. Proceed as for Whole Wheat Sesame Thins.
