Rye crackers,,

Yield: 100 Crackers

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Wheat flour (hard)
1 cup Rye flour
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons (or 3) caraway seeds ground
\N \N With the rye flour or
\N \N Separately in a seed grinder
\N \N (or coffee mill)
1 cup Less 1 tb. water
¼ cup Melted butter

Combine the wheat flour, rye flour, salt and caraway seeds in a medium bowl. Emulsify the water and melted butter. Combine liquid and dry ingredients with a fork. Proceed as for Whole Wheat Sesame Thins.
