1tablespoonUnsulphured molasses
1cupAll-purpose flour; unbleached
1cupRye flour
1cupWhole wheat flour
1tablespoonCocoa powder
1tablespoonMinced onions; dehydrated
1tablespoonCaraway seeds
1tablespoonSalt
1tablespoonVital wheat gluten
teaspoonActive dry yeast

Directions

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
