Fabulous roquefort dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Roquefort cheese; crumbled
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Chopped chives
¼ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Sour cream
½ cup Buttermilk

Blend cheese, mayonnaise & seasonings. Stir in sour cream & buttermilk.

Chill. May be thinned with buttermilk if too stiff. Bleu cheese may be substituted for Roquefort. Yields 1 quart.
