Romaine salad with mandarin oranges

⅔ | cup | Green onions; chopped |
1 | can | (11-oz) mandarin oranges; |
¼ | cup | Italian salad dressing; FAT-FREE |
1 | pack | (2-oz) toasted almonds; toasted |
Rince lettuce and drain on paper towels. Tear leaves into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a salad bowl. Clean and chop green onions, including tops; add to the lettuce. Drain liquid from oranges, reserving liquid for other uses. Add orange slices to salad; toss salad well so all ingredients are well mixed. Garnish top of salad with toasted almonds. Makes 4 servings = ¼ recipe 1 serving.
