Mandarin orange salad with raspberry vinaigrette

2Heads bibb lettuce
1Head romaine lettuce
4ouncesAlmonds, slivered
6Slices fried bacon
1smallCan mandarin oranges, drain
1cupCroutons Vinaigrette--
½cupExtra virgin olive oil
3tablespoonsRaspberry vinegar
1tablespoonLemon juice
2tablespoonsSugar
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonDry mustard
½teaspoonOnion, finely chopped

Directions

1. Mix vinaigrette ingredients together with a whisk.

2. Shred cilled romaine and bibb lettuce into a large bowl.

3. Add almonds, crumbled bacon and mandarin oranges.

4. Just before serving, add croutons and toss with dressing.
