Rice pudding clinton

| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Butter; or oleo -- melted |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ½ | cup | Raisins -- optional |
Directions
