Rice pudding #01

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked rice
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Evaporated milk
3 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla (up to)
4 Egg yolks (up to)
4 Egg whites; beaten stiff

Mix thoroughly with electric mixer. Bake in casserole at 350 until brown.

Top with beaten egg whites and brown.
