1cupEvaporated milk
3cupsSugar
2teaspoonsVanilla (up to)
4Egg yolks (up to)
4Egg whites; beaten stiff

Directions

Mix thoroughly with electric mixer. Bake in casserole at 350 until brown.

Top with beaten egg whites and brown.
