| 4 | cups | Water |
| 3 | cups | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Evaporated milk |
| 1 | Stick cinnamon (up to) | |
| 8 | slices | (small) lemon peel (up to) |
| 14 | tablespoons | Sugar (add more or less; depends on preference) |
Directions

Pour rice in boiling water. Allow it to absorb almost all the water. Add all other ingredients, and lower flame. Leave for an hour. Makes 6-8 servings.
