|1 cup||Rice valencia (it's the small round one)|
|1 cup||Evaporated milk|
|1 \N||Stick cinnamon (up to)|
|8 slices||(small) lemon peel (up to)|
|14 tablespoons||Sugar (add more or less; depends on preference)|

Pour rice in boiling water. Allow it to absorb almost all the water. Add all other ingredients, and lower flame. Leave for an hour. Makes 6-8 servings.
