4cupsWater
3cupsMilk
1cupEvaporated milk
1Stick cinnamon (up to)
8slices(small) lemon peel (up to)
14tablespoonsSugar (add more or less; depends on preference)

Directions

Pour rice in boiling water. Allow it to absorb almost all the water. Add all other ingredients, and lower flame. Leave for an hour. Makes 6-8 servings.
