Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Cooked brown rice |
1 cup | Packed brown sugar |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
6 tablespoons | Magarine |
1 can | Pie filling; any flavor -or- |
4 cups | Sliced fresh apples; peaches, or pears |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
½ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
¾ cup | Flour |
Combine rice, pie filling or fruit, lemon juice, ½ cup brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in greased, shallow baking dish. Mix flour and remaining brown sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over rice-fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 8-10.
