Rice fruit crisp

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Cooked brown rice |
| 1 | cup | Packed brown sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 6 | tablespoons | Magarine |
| 1 | can | Pie filling; any flavor -or- |
| 4 | cups | Sliced fresh apples; peaches, or pears |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¾ | cup | Flour |
Directions
Combine rice, pie filling or fruit, lemon juice, ½ cup brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in greased, shallow baking dish. Mix flour and remaining brown sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over rice-fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 8-10.
