Rice & beef oriental

Measure Ingredient
¾ pounds Flank steak, cut into thin
Strips
2 tablespoons Oil
1½ cup Broccoli florets
½ cup Scallions,cut diagonally
Into 1" pieces
½ cup Diced red pepper
1½ cup Water
2 tablespoons Dry sherry
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 pack French's Spice Your Rice
Beef and Onions Flavor
Seasoning
1½ cup Rice
4 servings

Saute beef in oil in large skillet until browned,about 3 to 5 minutes.Add vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.Add water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover; remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Fluff with a fork.Makes
