Rhubarb coffee cake #1

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Brown sugar
1 \N Cube butter (???)
1 \N Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Buttermilk
1½ cup Rhubarb; cut into 1/2 inch pieces
½ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Date: 19 May 1995 21:19:22 -0600 Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add flour, salt, and soda alternatly with buttermilk. Stir in rhubarb. Top with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes in a 2 quart baking dish.
