| ½ | pack | Coconut |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |

From: mike.henley@... (Mike Henley) (COLLECTION) Date: Fri, 29 Jul 1994 19:44:23 GMT Mix together brown sugar, shortening, egg, flour, salt, vanilla, milk and rhubarb; pour into pan. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and coconut on top. Bake 350F for one hour. Top will darken.
