1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
2 cups | Flour |
2 cups | Finely chopped rhubarb |
1 tablespoon | Butter |
1 tablespoon | Cinnamon |
½ cup | Sugar |
CAKE
TOPPING
Mix everything except the rhubarb together in a large bowl. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Combine topping and sprinkle over batter.
Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
