Rhubarb bill's coffee cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sugar
½ cup Shortening
1 Egg
1 cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Flour
2 cups Finely chopped rhubarb
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
½ cup Sugar

CAKE

TOPPING

Mix everything except the rhubarb together in a large bowl. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Combine topping and sprinkle over batter.

Bake in preheated oven at 350€F for 30-35 minutes.
