Rhubarb bread

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Brown sugar
½ cup Sugar
⅔ cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 cup Sour milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
2½ cup Rhubarb,diced

Mix well and pour into 2 greased 9x5 inch loaf pans. Before baking, top each loaf with 1 tsp melted margarine and sprinklw with 1 tablespoon sugar over each loaf. Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour
