1smallClove Garlic; Finely Minced
1sliceOnion; Minced, Or 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder

Directions

Red wine softens the sharpness of vinegar and lends a richness to this dressing.

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, or combine in a glass jar, cover and shake well.

Yields: ½ C (8 Tbsp)
