½ | teaspoon | Dry Mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Dijon Mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Dried Basil |
1 | small | Clove Garlic; Finely Minced |
1 | slice | Onion; Minced, Or 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder |
Directions
Red wine softens the sharpness of vinegar and lends a richness to this dressing.
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, or combine in a glass jar, cover and shake well.
Yields: ½ C (8 Tbsp)
