Vinaigrette [salad dressing]

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Oil
1 \N Clove garlic
1 cup Water
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

In a covered jar combine all ingredients and shake well. Refrigerate until needed. Serve on mixed salad greens.
