Rancho san antonio beef marinade

Measure Ingredient
1 cup White vinegar
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
½ cup Water
5 cups Tomato juice
1½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Red pepper

Combine ingredients. Marinade 4-5 lb beef in mixture in shallow pan in refrigerator 3-4 hours before barbecueing, turning occaisionally to coat meat with marinade. Do not shake off liquid before cooking.
