1 cup | Brown sugar, packed |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Ground cumin |
½ cup | Water |
5 cups | Tomato juice |
1½ tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper |
½ teaspoon | Red pepper |
Combine ingredients. Marinade 4-5 lb beef in mixture in shallow pan in refrigerator 3-4 hours before barbecueing, turning occaisionally to coat meat with marinade. Do not shake off liquid before cooking.
