Raisin bread (lacto)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
9 ounces Skim milk
1½ cup Whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons Gluten flour added to enough
\N \N Unbleached flour to equal
\N \N 1*1/2*c
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
½ cup Raisins (could have used a
\N \N Lot more)
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1½ teaspoon Yeast

Place in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer and select Light Crust.
