Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 quart Chicken broth -- or stock
1 can Tomatoes -- l6 oz.
½ cup Onion -- chopped
½ cup Cabbage -- chopped
1 pack Frozen mixed vegetables --
L0 oz. thawed
½ teaspoon Dried basil
teaspoon Pepper
1 dash Sugar
¼ cup Uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup Chicken
Or beef roast leftover cubed
Cooked

Directions

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, bring broth, tomatoes, onion, cabbage, vegetables and seasonings to a boil. Add macaroni and simmer 10 minutes or until t8nder. Add meat and heat through. Yleld: 6 servings
