Quick beef vegetable soup

1(16-oz) package frozen mixed soup vegetables
4cupsVegetable/cocktail/tomato juice
4cupsWater
2tablespoonsBeef flavor instant bouillon
1teaspoonBasil leaves
1teaspoonMarjoram leaves
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonOnion salt
½teaspoonPepper
¼teaspoonGarlic powder
½poundsPackage spaghetti broken into thirds and uncooked
Grated parmesanc cheese optional

Directions

In ducth oven, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in next ten ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes.

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Add to soup mixture; heat through. Serve with parmesan cheese.

Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
