Quick shrimp

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Raw shrimp; peeled
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ cup Green onions; chopped
½ cup Mushrooms; chopped
½ cup Dry white wine

Saut‚ shrimp in butter until shrimp turns pink; add remaining ingredients. Cook about 10 minutes more, stirring constantly, over medium heat Serves 2.
