|1 pounds||Medium shrimp|
|2 tablespoons||Minced garlic|
|3 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
|½ tablespoon||Black pepper|
|2||Spring onions, chopped|
|1||Carrot, thinly sliced|
|1||Stalk celery, thinly sliced|
|1||Hard peel snow peas|
1. Boil shrimp in hot water for approximately 8 minutes.
2. Rinse in cold water. Shell and de-vein.
3. In a heat proof bowl, add shrimp, soy sauce, and garlic. Then all remaining ingredients and top with black pepper.
4. Place bowl in steamer and cook for approximately 25 minutes.
