Sauteed shrimp

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Shrimp;raw peeled |
| 6 | tablespoons | Olive Oil |
| 3 | Garlic;chopped;cloves | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon Zest;shredded |
| 3 | tablespoons | Parsley;chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dill Weed;dried |
| 1 | dash | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
Directions
Heat oil in a large frying pan; add shrimp, garlic and lemon zest and saute 3 minutes over high heat, until shrimp is just done.
Add all other ingredients, toss together and remove from heat.
Serve over rice.
