Simple shrimp appetizer

2Garlic cloves; minced
2teaspoonsRed curry paste
2tablespoonsJapanese soy sauce

Directions

Marinate shrimp with garlic cloves, curry paste and soy sauce. Mix well, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Skewer the shrimp, then cook them over a grill.
