Simple shrimp appetizer

| 1 | pounds | Large shrimp in shells |
| 2 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Red curry paste |
| 2 | tablespoons | Japanese soy sauce |
Directions
Marinate shrimp with garlic cloves, curry paste and soy sauce. Mix well, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Skewer the shrimp, then cook them over a grill.
