Yield: 1 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Worcestershire Sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Brown Sugar|
|1 teaspoon||Dry mustard|
|1 tablespoon||Paprika; (I use Hungarian Sweet from Penzeys - great but I'm sure it dzn't make a big difference what you use..)|
|¼ teaspoon||Chili powder|
|¼ teaspoon||Red Pepper flakes; (or more ... )|
|1 cup||Tomato juice|
|¼ cup||Regular vinegar|
Oh, and here's a quick little Rib Sauce that I made, and it turned out wonderful...
Makes about 3 cups, but I like to reduce it a little ... Just throw all in a pot and simmer it for a while..
