Really simple barbecue sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 each Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Fat or cooking oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 cup Catsup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Water
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce salt to taste liquid
1 \N If desired

Brown onion in the oil and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Transfer to a blender and throughly blend, making a smooth sauce, ready for beef, chicken, pork, or little fuzzy lambs...
