Quick cucumber summer salad

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Cucumber; sliced |
| 1 | Roma tomato; diced | |
| ½ | small | Onion; sliced in rings |
| Equal parts of white vinegar and water | ||
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | pinch | Or 2; sugar |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Can be eaten straight away, but is best when made 2 or 3 hours ahead and refrigerated. Good the next day if kept in closed container and refrigerated. an old family favorite I got from my mom.
Sometimes she doesn't use the tomato. Sometimes I prefer to add a sprig of crushed, chopped cilantro.
