Cucumber tomato salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sliced cucumbers
1 cup Chopped tomatoes
¼ cup Chopped green peppers
¼ cup Sliced red onion
¼ cup Wine vinegar
¼ cup White vinegar
1 tablespoon Reduced calorie Italian dressing (4 calories per Tb.)
\N \N Sugar substitute to equal 2 Tbs. sugar

Combine veggies in a bowl. Combine rest of ingreds. Pour over veggies.
