| 2 | cups | Med. noodles |
| 1 | pack | (175 g) sliced cooked ham |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 | cup | Sliced onion |
| ½ | cup | Diced green pepper |
| 1 | can | (10 oz) drained sliced mushrooms |
| 1 | can | (10 oz) cream of mush. soup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
| 1 | cup | Undiluted Carnation 2% E. Milk |
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Sliver ham. Melt butter in large frypan. Sauté ham, onion and green pepper until vegetables are almost tender. Stir in mushrooms, soup, mustard and E. Milk. Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered 10 min to blend flavours. Add noodles, mix well.
