|2 cups||Med. noodles|
|1 pack||(175 g) sliced cooked ham|
|1 cup||Sliced onion|
|½ cup||Diced green pepper|
|1 can||(10 oz) drained sliced mushrooms|
|1 can||(10 oz) cream of mush. soup|
|1 teaspoon||Prepared mustard|
|1 cup||Undiluted Carnation 2% E. Milk|
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Sliver ham. Melt butter in large frypan. Sauté ham, onion and green pepper until vegetables are almost tender. Stir in mushrooms, soup, mustard and E. Milk. Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered 10 min to blend flavours. Add noodles, mix well.
