Quick and easy skillet dinner

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Med. noodles
1 pack (175 g) sliced cooked ham
2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Sliced onion
½ cup Diced green pepper
1 can (10 oz) drained sliced mushrooms
1 can (10 oz) cream of mush. soup
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 cup Undiluted Carnation 2% E. Milk

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Sliver ham. Melt butter in large frypan. Sauté ham, onion and green pepper until vegetables are almost tender. Stir in mushrooms, soup, mustard and E. Milk. Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered 10 min to blend flavours. Add noodles, mix well.
