2 cups | Med. noodles |
1 pack | (175 g) sliced cooked ham |
2 tablespoons | Butter |
1 cup | Sliced onion |
½ cup | Diced green pepper |
1 can | (10 oz) drained sliced mushrooms |
1 can | (10 oz) cream of mush. soup |
1 teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
1 cup | Undiluted Carnation 2% E. Milk |
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Sliver ham. Melt butter in large frypan. Sauté ham, onion and green pepper until vegetables are almost tender. Stir in mushrooms, soup, mustard and E. Milk. Bring to boil; simmer, uncovered 10 min to blend flavours. Add noodles, mix well.
