Herbed salisbury steaks

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Lean ground beef |
1 | Garlic clove, minced | |
2 | tablespoons | Dehydrated vegetable flakes, |
(onions,carrots,tomatoes, celery,and/or bell peppers) | ||
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Garlic and herb marinade/ sauce (8.9 to 12 oz.jar) |
1 | Jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained |
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, vegetable flakes, mustard, and salt. Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties, each about ½ inch thick.
Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add the patties and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Add marinade/sauce and mushrooms.
