Yield: 4 Servings
|1 pounds||Lean ground beef|
|1 \N||Garlic clove, minced|
|2 tablespoons||Dehydrated vegetable flakes,|
|\N \N||(onions,carrots,tomatoes, celery,and/or bell peppers)|
|½ teaspoon||Dry mustard|
|1 cup||Garlic and herb marinade/ sauce (8.9 to 12 oz.jar)|
|1 \N||Jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained|
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, vegetable flakes, mustard, and salt. Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties, each about ½ inch thick.
Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add the patties and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Add marinade/sauce and mushrooms.
