Herbed salisbury steaks

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground beef
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons Dehydrated vegetable flakes,
(onions,carrots,tomatoes, celery,and/or bell peppers)
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Garlic and herb marinade/ sauce (8.9 to 12 oz.jar)
1 Jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained

In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, vegetable flakes, mustard, and salt. Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties, each about ½ inch thick.

Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add the patties and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Add marinade/sauce and mushrooms.
