Pudina chutney

Measure Ingredient
15 \N Mint leaves; (to 20)
½ \N Coconut
\N \N 1\" ginger
6 \N Green chillies; (to 8)
1 \N Onion
1 tablespoon Raisins
\N \N A small ball of tamarind
\N \N A small piece of jaggery
\N \N Salt; to taste

Grind all ingredients together to a fine paste without water.
