Poodina ki chutney (mint chutney)

Yield: 1 Batch

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Handful mint leaves, washed
50 millilitres Tamarind juice
2 tablespoons Chopped onions
2 \N Cloves garlic
2 \N Cm ginger
3 \N Green chillies
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar

Another superb relish!

Simply blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth paste.

Note: Can be stored in an airtight container in the rfrigerator for one week only.
