Potluck potatoes

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Frozen hash browns --
\N \N Thawed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 can Cream of mushroom soup or
\N \N Cream of chicken
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese --
\N \N Shredded
1 pint Sour cream
1 \N Stick butter
½ cup Onions -- chopped
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Topping: 2 cups corn flakes -- crushed ¼ cup butter -- melted Mix ingredients together, except topping, in a 9x13 inch pan. In a small bowl, mix the topping together and sprinkle over the top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
