|1 pack||(32 0z) frozen hash browns|
|1 \N||Container; (8 oz) sour cream|
|2 cups||Shredded colby jack cheese|
|1 can||Campbells cheese soup; (or your choice)|
Mix together and pack firmly into a greased baking dish, 9x12. Bake at 350øFfor 30 - 40 minutes or until brown on top. This dish is easily doubled, but do not double sour cream. Instead, add a different soup--mushroom and cream of chicken are good.
