Corn potluck

Measure Ingredient
6 slices Lean bacon
1 cup Milk
2 17 oz. cans of cream style
Corn
3 Hot dog buns
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Chili powder
1 cup Coarsley grated cheddar
Cheese
4 ounces Sliced mushrooms, drained

Fry bacon until lightly crisp. Drain of paper towel and break into bits. Cook and drain more slices for garnish. Mix bits with milk and corn. Break 3 hot dog buns and rub between hands to make medium fine crumbs (about 2 cups firmly packed). Stir in corn mixture with salt, chili powder, cheddar cheese and drained mushrooms. Mix well and bake, uncovered, in 7 to 8 cup casserole at 350 degrees for 50 minutes till puffy and creamy soft. Add garnish last 10 minutes of baking. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 04-20-95
