Potato bread (zojirushi)

Yield: 2 Lb loaf

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Water
2 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
4¼ cup Bread flour
⅔ cup Instant mashed potato flakes
1½ teaspoon Active dry yeast

Measure all ingredients in pan in order according to your machine's directions. *I used cheese flavored instant potatoes.
