Zoji potato bread

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Diced potato, peeled
1 cup Water
1½ tablespoon Applesauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Bread Flour
1 pack Yeast

In small saucepan place diced potato in water. Boil. Cook uncovered about 15 minutes or until potato is soft. Don't drain liquid. Mash potato into liquid.

Measure potato and liquid. Add water or milk to make 1¼ cups. Put in other ingredients...yeast on flour.
