Directions: Slice the pork loin roast into ½ inch slices and trim excess fat. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the pork in the flour, shaking off excess. In a large saut pan, melt the butter and add the pork slices. Saut on both sides until golden. In a bowl, combine the water, soy sauce, white wine, worcestershire sauce, lemon and dijon mustard. When pork is browned, remove from pan. Add the sauce mixture to the pan and whisk to combine. Return pork slices to the pan and cook about 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Serve with apple sauce, roasted potatoes and dessert.
