Poppy seed dressing #4

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup Powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Vinegar plus
1 tablespoon Vinegar
3 cups Wesson oil
1 tablespoon Paprika
½ tablespoon Poppy seeds
½ tablespoon Celery seeds

Mix sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar in mixing bowl. Heat 1-½ cups Wesson oil and paprika. Cool to cold then add remaining Wesson oil. Beat as for mayonnaise. Add poppy and celery seed and mix well. Store in refrigerator.

Use as needed.
