Ingredients

3tablespoonsOnion juice --or--
1smallOnion; grated
2cupsOil
3tablespoonsPoppy seed

Directions

Mix all ingredients inn blender for a few seconds (or until onion is pulverized). Excellent over fruit salad or green salad. Can be stored in refrigerator for weeks. Makes about 1 quart.
