Giblet stuffing

Ingredients

| Giblets and neck of turkey; boiled and chopped | ||
| ⅔ | cup | Diced apples |
| 1 | cup | Chopped celery |
| 10 | cups | Soft bread crumbs |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
| ⅓ | Chopped onion | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ⅓ | cup | Butter or margarine; melted |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Egg; beaten | |
| Sage; to taste | ||
| ¼ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning; optional |
| ½ | cup | Turkey broth |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Stuff turkey or shape mixture into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
