1 cup | Chopped celery |
10 cups | Soft bread crumbs |
¼ cup | Chopped parsley |

¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
⅓ cup | Butter or margarine; melted |
¾ teaspoon | Salt |
1 \N | Egg; beaten |
\N \N | Sage; to taste |
¼ teaspoon | Poultry seasoning; optional |
½ cup | Turkey broth |
Combine all ingredients. Stuff turkey or shape mixture into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
