Giblet stuffing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Giblets and neck of turkey; boiled and chopped
⅔ cup Diced apples
1 cup Chopped celery
10 cups Soft bread crumbs
¼ cup Chopped parsley
⅓ \N Chopped onion
¼ teaspoon Pepper
⅓ cup Butter or margarine; melted
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Egg; beaten
\N \N Sage; to taste
¼ teaspoon Poultry seasoning; optional
½ cup Turkey broth

Combine all ingredients. Stuff turkey or shape mixture into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
