Giblet stuffing

Ingredients

Giblets and neck of turkey; boiled and chopped
cupDiced apples
1cupChopped celery
10cupsSoft bread crumbs
¼cupChopped parsley
Chopped onion
¼teaspoonPepper
cupButter or margarine; melted
¾teaspoonSalt
1Egg; beaten
Sage; to taste
¼teaspoonPoultry seasoning; optional
½cupTurkey broth

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Stuff turkey or shape mixture into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
