Honey-poppy seed dressing

3 tablespoons Poppy seeds
1 tablespoon Celery seed
1 cup Honey
½ cup Vinegar
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 cups Salad oil
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
