Poppyseed dressing

| ⅓ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Poppyseeds |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated onion |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |

Contributed to the echo by: Julie Purvis POPPYSEED DRESSING Blend all ingredients in blender or mix by hand; will keep in frig for a week. I serve this with raw spinach, fresh strawberries or mandarin oranges, and sliced mild onion, Vidalia if possible.
