Pokey's beef dip or appetizer

Ingredients

8ouncesCream cheese
2tablespoonsMilk
2tablespoonsGreen pepper, chopped finely
teaspoonBlack pepper
2tablespoonsMinced, finely, onion
½cupSour cream
4Or 5 tsp Kraft's horseradish sauce
¼cupNuts plus about 1/8 c for later use
1Or 2 pkg dried beef, cut up or clipped into fine pieces

Directions

Parmesan cheese (optional)

Blend softened cream cheese and milk. Stir in finely snipped beef, onion, green pepper, and black pepper. Mix well; add ¼ cup nuts, sour cream, and horseradish. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining ⅛ nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

After cooled, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve on crackers, breadsticks, vegetables, etc. Scrumptious!!! From Judith Murphy
