Ingredients

3tablespoonsFresh ginger root; grated
½cupGreen onions; chopped
½cupShoyu (soy sauce)
2tablespoonsToasted sesame seeds; ground

Directions

Cut aku into ½" cubes. Combine all ingredients JUST BEFORE serving. Makes about 5 cups.
