1 pounds | Sliced round steak. |
2 tablespoons | Salad oil. |
1½ cup | Sliced celery. |
1 medium | Green pepper,sliced in rings. |
1 large | Onion,thinly sliced in rings. |
1½ cup | Sliced fresh,or 1(6oz)can mushrooms. |
½ cup | Sliced green onions,1 inch pieces. |
1 can | Beef broth(or Bullion). |
1 tablespoon | Soy sauce. |
¼ cup | Water. |
2 tablespoons | Cornstarch. |
4 cups | Hot cooked rice. |
Brown meat in salad oil,add vegetables,beef broth,and soy sauce.
