2tablespoonsSalad oil.
cupSliced celery.
1mediumGreen pepper,sliced in rings.
1largeOnion,thinly sliced in rings.
cupSliced fresh,or 1(6oz)can mushrooms.
½cupSliced green onions,1 inch pieces.
1canBeef broth(or Bullion).
1tablespoonSoy sauce.
¼cupWater.
2tablespoonsCornstarch.
4cupsHot cooked rice.

Directions

Brown meat in salad oil,add vegetables,beef broth,and soy sauce.
